Acacia Gardens Homestay is not in charge of any of the travel products that you can access through Our Website, that are availed by third parties be it directly or as an agent. The Travel Providers are responsible for the Travel Products and thus, their terms and privacy policies, therefore, apply to your booking and so are the terms of the actual travel provider, hence you are required to abide by them.
